Wean Park is open daily, from Sunrise to Sunset. For specific facility hours (Huntington Community Alley & Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre) visit ‘About’ section.

Only automobiles and trucks with noncommercial plates are permitted in designated parking areas for access to Wean Park. Buses must obtain a permit from the JAC Management Group before entering the lots specific to Wean Park. Bus permits are issued Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. The speed limit is 5 mph unless otherwise posted. Parking permitted in designated areas only.
